Ouachita Parish deputies jailed Kendall Mier, 35, of Monroe after a complaint that he was behind a party’s house inhaling Freon from the air conditioning unit.
The homeowner pointed deputies down the road, where he said Mier headed after helping himself to the Freon. They found him at a nearby business, inhaling the Freon from another AC unit.
Mier is charged with two counts of inhaling toxic vapors, two counts of simple theft and one count of trespassing.
