CHI CHAPTER OF The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International held its meeting Nov. 5 at The Forest Restaurant in Franklin. Chi President Dawn Chaisson, left, presented District Director June Inhern to the membership as the featured guest speaker. Inhern’s message centered around organizational goal-setting in order to achieve the society’s mission. As director, Inhern has oversight of 13 local affiliate chapters in Louisiana. Chi Chapter is made up of women educators from St. Mary Parish. Delta Kappa Gamma’s mission is to promote professional growth of women educators and excellence in education.
