The Lemoine Co. is placing limestone at the intersection of Thorguson Road and Utah Street before it comes back and resurfaces the roadway. Parish Director of Public Works George Mikhael said there was a delay in the work while waiting for a change order to be approved by the parish council, as well as holidays when the contractor was not working. The project is part of roadwork that is being completed on both Thorguson Road and Utah Street.
