John Lewis III, 72, a resident of Patterson and native of Morgan City, died Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Patterson Healthcare, at 1:28 p.m.
Memorial service will be Thursday, Dec. 20 at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City, from 6 p.m. until funeral service, at 7 p.m.
John leaves to cherish his memories a brother, Donald Lewis of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters, Lorraine Lewis of Patterson and Sharon (James) Naverre of Morgan City; and a host of relatives and friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
