Joan “Tootsy” Campbell, 72, a resident of Morgan City, died Monday, March 26 at 3:55 a.m. at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City.

Visitation will be Wednesday at Jones Funeral Home in Morgan City from 9 a.m. until funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.

Survivors include seven sons, Craig Hall of New York, Ronald Campbell, Raymond Campbell and Clarence Campbell, all of Morgan City, Glenn Campbell of Boston, Miss., Levy Campbell of Centerville and Henry Campbell of Franklin; six daughters, Wanda Lowry, Brenda Murray, Nancy Campbell, Sharon Dardar and Jessie Triggs, all of Morgan City, and Carol Neumeister of San Antonio; one sister, Vivian Jones of Verdunville; 25 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
