Louisiana Spirit Coastal Recovery Counseling Program sponsored a job fair at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center Wednesday. Louisiana Spirit Coastal Recovery Counseling Program is a federally-funded Crisis Counseling and Stress Management program for individuals, families and groups affected by the recent oil spill along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. Louisiana Spirit is a program unit within the state Department of Health and Hospitals, Office of Behavioral Health.
