Alison Raynett Jones and Kirby VanTroy Madison were married on February 25 at Saint Peter Baptist Church in Lafayette. The Reverend Hillman Sonnier performed the double-ring ceremony and Rev. Carl Sonnier provided the music.

The bride is the daughter of Guendelyn Cerf of Lafayette and Alvin Ray and Sandra Burrell of Franklin.

The groom is the son of Leroy Charles and the late Lucy Madison Charles of Franklin.

Her father and mothers presented the bride in marriage.

Kerrylee Gant served as best man.

Tyandria Burrell and Taren Johnson served as maid and matron of honor.

Aunts and uncles of the groom, along with a host of family members and friends, attended the wedding.

A reception was held at Don’s Seafood Hut in Lafayette immediately following the wedding ceremony.

The newlyweds will reside in Franklin.
