Clean-Up Day this month was sponsored by the Franklin Republican Women. Although the morning was quite cool, everyone took advantage of the opportunity to again clean the downtown area of Main Street and surrounding area. Clean-Up Day on Dec. 10 will be sponsored by the Banner-Tribune and Teche Talk. To join, meet the volunteers on the parking by City Buffett at 8 a.m.
