Larry Smith Sr., 68, a resident of Franklin, died Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at 4:21 p.m., at Franklin Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 24 at St. Judes Spiritual Church, 632 11th St. in Franklin, from 9 a.m. until funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the New Mount Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories six sons, James Fine, Joseph Fine, Michael Fine, Larry Smith Jr., Ricky Smith Sr. and Anthony Smith, all of Franklin; two daughters, Gail Joseph and Debra Fine, both of Franklin; two brothers, Raymond Smith of New Orleans and Steven Smith of Ashton; two sisters, Gloria Jackson and Helen Reed, both of Franklin; 19 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, six sisters and four brothers.
