In 2010 the Lady Eagles made it to the Division V semifinals last season in New Orleans and have most of the starters back from that team and will look to make another run to the Pontchartrain Center.
On Thursday the Lady Eagles varsity will play in the Morgan City jamboree while the freshman will compete on Saturday, also at Morgan City.
Central Catholic stars the regular season on Aug. 30 with a trip to Assumption to face the Division II state runner’s up from 2010.
