People turned out along Main Street Saturday to take part in the second annual Let’s Go Riding Franklin. As suggested by coordinator Chad Boutte, get-togethers and barbecues were held along the cruise route between the Sonic and Courthouse for the nostalgic event. Vintage vehicles that arrived from all over south Louisiana also were in abundance. Boutte is already planning next year’s event that he hopes will include more activities such as a dance following the ride.
