Local 'Pink' athletic activities

MORGAN CITY HIGH SCHOOL held it’s annual Pink Game, dubbed “Paint the Pit Pink,” Wednesday against Berwick. Besides the games, the event also featured various games in between the volleyball action, while prizes also were given away. Above in the top photo, MCHS senior Andrew Albritton, who did much of the announcing during the Pink Game activities, holds the microphone for Berwick Junior High School’s Brittany Roberie to say the words “Paint the Pit Pink,” with her mouth filled with marshmallows. In the middle photo, MCHS Katelyn Adams sets up one of her teammates for a hit during varsity action, while in the bottom photo, MCHS senior Taylor Brocato participates in a game in which he attempted to catch volleyballs in his pants.
