Kendrick T. Edmond, 19, of 111 Schoolhouse Lane, Charenton, was arrested today at 1:45 a.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property, disturbing the peace by obscene language, resisting an officer, simple assault and failure to appear warrants on charges of speeding, no driver’s license and disturbing the peace.
