Assessor Jarrod K. Longman of St. Mary Parish has been reappointed to serve on the Louisiana Assessor’s Legislative Committee and the Oil and Gas and Watercraft Committee. The legislative committee represents the assessors on legislative matters affecting assessors statewide. The Oil and Gas and Watercraft Committee helps determine rules and regulations that govern taxable value for related property.
