The Krewe of Amani rolled through Patterson on Lundi Gras under sunny skies. The final party of the season will kick off at 2 p.m. today regardless of the community it is celebrated in. The Krewe of Hephaestus rolls in Morgan City, while the Siracusa/Greenwood Parade takes to the streets in the Siracusa subdivision. Today is the last day of merriment before the solemn season of Lent officially begins.
