M C Bank recently honored its assistant vice president and head teller, who celebrated her 30 year anniversary.

Edna Landry was presented an anniversary gift by bank President and CEO, Larry Callais and Vice President and Operations officer Phylis Cook for achieving the milestone.

Landry joined M C Bank in 1981 as a teller.

In 1990, she was appointed to the position of head teller, and in 2003, she was promoted to banking officer and head teller.

In 2007, she was named an assistant vice president and head teller.

Landry, a Pierre Part native, is married to Jerry Landry. They have four children and three grandchildren.

Landry volunteers her time to the Lion’s Club Eye Care Program, which works to screen Pre-K students and provide eye care assistance.

M C Bank’s directors, officers and employees thank Landry for her years of dedicated service to the banking industry and volunteering in the community.
