Marian “Ms. Sue” Emily Benton-Brown, 66, a resident of Bossier City and native of Morgan City, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at 6:55 a.m., at her daughter’s residence in Vinton, La.
Memorial service will be Saturday, February 18, at 11 a.m., at New Zorah Baptist Church.
Ms. Sue leaves to cherish her memories three daughters, Monica Lanier Brown and Trinette Joy Thomas, both of Bossier City and Monique Yvette Brown of Vinton; one brother, Gilbert Price III of Augusta, Georgia; and a sister, Mrs. Wilson (Lillie Mae) Cormier of Houston, Texas; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.
