A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday, November 16, 2012, at 2:30 p.m., at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Baldwin for Mrs. Marie Hebert Naquin, 95, a native of Houma and resident of Baldwin for the past 34 years, who passed away Thursday, November 15, 2012, at the Franklin Health Care Center.

Burial followed in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Father Gregory Cormier officiated the services.

Survivors include three daughters, Janice N. Cole and her husband, Percy, of Baldwin, Patsy N. Rodriguez and her husband, Pookie, of Ashton, and Fran N. Viator and her husband, Ray, of Baldwin; 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave T. Naquin; parents, Alfred J. Hebert Sr. and Johanna Kuhlman Hebert; one brother, Alfred J. Hebert Jr.; two sisters, Winifred McDowell and Dolly Landry; and a great grandchild, Celia Picard.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chuck Rodriguez, Buddy Trahan, David Cole, Travis Cole, Blane Cole, Zack Burke and Josh Burke.
