Mrs. Joyce McDaniel Hamilton, 55, a resident and native of Franklin, died suddenly Friday, November 9, 2012, at 2:50 p.m., at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Willie Hamilton Sr. of Franklin; two sons, Lazin McDaniel Sr. and Joseph McDaniel of Franklin; one daughter, Loneather Clark of Franklin; two brothers, Willie McDaniel III and Kevin McDaniel Sr. of Franklin; eight sisters, Willie Mae Dugas, Catherine McDaniel, Linda Bob, Cynthia McDaniel, Roselee McDaniel, Sharon McDaniel, Tawana McDaniel and Ametra McDaniel, all of Franklin; 19 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter and one brother.

Visitations will be observed with a Musical Friday, Nov. 16, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Otis Mortuary Chapel.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. James F. Otis officiating. Interment will follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery in Franklin.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
