Larry Harrington
Police allege that Larry Harrington, 67, shot and killed MaCade Harrington, 40, during a family argument.
They would not say how many times the son was shot, what kind of gun was involved or what the alleged argument was about.
If convicted, Harrington would serve mandatory life in prison.
