The Marine Corps League Band will visit the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium for their annual Christmas concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Admission is free to the public, however a new, unwrapped toy is requested as a donation at the door. Monetary donations will also be gladly accepted at this event. The concert is being held in conjunction with the annual “Toys For Tots” drive sponsored by the Marine Corps League, St. Mary Detachment. The program’s goal is to deliver, through a shiny new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to needy youngsters that will motivate them to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders.
