Franklin Lodge 57 F&AM honored local individuals Tuesday for their contributions to the community. At top left, 16th Judicial Assistant District Attorney Vincent Borne was named the 2012 Citizen of the Year. Below at left, 3rd Ward Court Deputy Marshall L.L. “Teddy” Deslatte Jr. was awarded the Marshal of the Year honor. Both are pictured with Lodge 57’s Blaise Smith.
