THE FRANKLIN-JEANERETTE Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has begun its membership drive for the 2011-2012 Del-Kids Youth Club season. Students meet once a month to plan learning activities to promote positive educational and social development. Several field trips are also planned. Requirements for membership are students must be in grades first through fifth and must be a resident of Jeanerette or St. Mary Parish. There is no fee or dues requirement. The deadline for registration is Monday, October 3.
