Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrests of Laina G. McClarity, 31, of Lafayette, was arrested Monday at 1:12 p.m. on a warrant charging her with contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, inciting to riot and obstruction of public passage. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Also, Levonne D. Johnson, 27, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:44 p.m. on a warrant charging him with obstruction of public passage. He was released on $1,000 bond.
So far, 13 people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
