The second round playoff matchup will pit No. 10 seed Morgan City against No. 7 seed Ursuline. Morgan City defeated South Terrebonne, 4-2, in first round action, while Ursuline received a bye.
In boys’ action, the Morgan City Tigers will travel to Lafayette on Thursday to play Teurlings Catholic at 6 p.m. at Clark Field.
Morgan City, the No. 12 seed, defeated South Terrebonne, 4-0, in the first round of the playoffs.
Teurlings, the No. 5 seed, received a first-round bye.
