GLEN HIDALGO, St. Mary Parish District 4 councilman, signed a proclamation for Bayou Vista Garden Club designating June 3-9 as National Garden Week. NGW, sponsored by National Garden Clubs, is a special week designed to focus public attention on the programs, projects and activities promoted by garden clubs.
