The Harold J. “Babe” Landry Landfill in Berwick will close at noon Monday and be closed on New Year’s Day.
Morgan City’s Sanitation Department will not collect its Tuesday route. However, routes Tuesday will be collected on Wednesday.
Progressive Waste Solutions will collect Monday routes and will be closed Tuesday.
The offices will close at noon New Year’s Eve and all day on New Year’s Day. The newspaper will not be published New Year’s Day. The newspaper closure will result in early advertising and news deadlines.
