Noland Sims Jr., 38, a native and resident of Houma, died Tuesday at University Hospital in New Orleans.

Visitation will be Saturday at House of The Lord, 523 Hobson St., Houma, from 9 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Houma.

Survivors include his wife, Agnes Sims of Houma; his father, Noland Sims Sr. of Houma; three sons, Samuel Ross, Noland Ross and Tyrik Sims, all of Houma; four daughters, Kala Brown, Ciarra Ross and Josie Ross, all of Houma, and Chelsea Sims of Gray; two brothers, Timothy Campbell and Wayne Keith Sims Sr., both of Houma; one sister, Jacquelyn V. Sims of Houma; three grandchildren, four nephews, three nieces and a host of relatives and friends.
