In Morgan City, fallout from the November Rain drug roundup continues.

Three men were charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Harold Bias, 21, of Terrebonne Street, Kevin Clark, 29, of Egle Street and Jeaneaux Kenner, 20, of Mallard Street already were incarcerated in the Morgan City Jail when they were booked on the warrants.

Each has an additional $100,000 bond.

The new warrants are based on further investigation conducted after the initial arrests, Chief Marc Folse said.

The charge indicates all three were entering into conspiracies to obtain and distribute narcotics. Kenner was involved with marijuana distribution, while Clark and Bias were dealing with crack cocaine, Folse said.

Further information is not available at this time as the investigation is ongoing, the chief said.
