From Staff Reports

Patterson High School’s week 2 football matchup Friday against Central Lafourche has been moved to Patterson instead of its original location in Raceland.

PHS coach Tommy Minton said the change was made because Central Lafourche is out of school still and having some issues with its stadium due to Hurricane Isaac.

The move is the second time in as many weeks a game with local ties has had to be moved due to Isaac. In week one, Loreauville and Central Catholic’s game, which was set to be played in Morgan City, was moved to Loreauville because of the condition of Tiger Stadium.
