Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests this morning:

Vincent Paul Coleman, 19, of Fifth Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:49 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released to appear in court.

Sharayla Jonelle Greene, 23, of Franklin, was arrested Monday at 4:32 p.m. on a charge of unauthorized use of a food stamp card. She was released on $1,000 bond.

A female juvenile, age 13, was arrested Monday on a charge of truancy and being ungovernable.

Two 16-year-old female juveniles were arrested Monday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Monday on charges of daytime curfew violation, constructive contempt and being ungovernable.

All were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
