A female juvenile, age 15, was arrested Thursday at 9:45 a.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and underage possession of tobacco products. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Joshua R. Archer, 22, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 11:56 a.m. on a Palm Beach, Florida warrant charging him with robbery. He was held to await transfer.
Joshua Durocher, 32, of 2204 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 5:26 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple battery and simple assault. He turned himself in and was released on a $5,750 bond.
Juan D. Vargas, 33, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 8:26 p.m. on charges of reckless operation of a vehicle, no driver’s license and driving without a legal presence in the United States. No bond was set.
Alfred J. Hilliard, 23, of 504 Sixth St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:17 p.m. on a warrant charging him with forcible rape reported Friday in the Bakertown area near Franklin. He was held with no bond set.
Earl Charles, 42, of 138 Charles Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 2:40 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden. He was held on a $500 bond.
Shawn P. Boudreaux, 32, of 179 A.B. Martin Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:01 .m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on a $250 bond.
Joseph D. Eusey, 34, of 201 Hendricks St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 5:31 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. No bond was set.
Jessica L. Farias, 32, of 169 Martin Lane, Centerville, was arrested Sunday at 6:04 p.m. on a charge of cruelty to a juvenile. No bond was set. The juvenile, age 3, reportedly had slap marks on his face and back, and was taken to Teche Regional Hospital for a medical checkup. He was then placed in custody of a relative.
Eddie Sanchez, 21, Maria Saenz, 37, both of 183 Mallard St., Morgan City, and Jairo Vargas, 35, of New Orleans, were arrested Sunday at 11:28 p.m. Sanchez was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and simple criminal damage to property. He was held on a $1,250 bond. Saenz was charged with simple assault and released on a $250 bond. Vargas was charged with disturbing the peace and released on a $250 bond.
Kevin Bertrand, 48, of 517 Joey St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts of threatening a public official. He was released on a $6,000 bond.
Brennan Foreman, 19, of 164 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 11:56 a.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of underage drinking. He was held on a $500 bond.
Christopher Singleton, 36, of 307 Mallard St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 3:53 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, disturbing the peace by obscene language, remaining where forbidden, threatening a public official and resisting an officer. He was held on a $3,000 bond.
Anna McBride, 43, of 1068 Tower Tank Road, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 11:12 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. She was released on a summons.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Gerald Jones, 37, of 2481 River Road, Berwick, Thursday at 4:51 p.m. on charges of improper lane use and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Christopher Willis, 46, of Lafayette, Saturday at 3:04 a.m. on charges of second-offense DWI, no driver’s license, resisting by refusing to be booked, refusal to submit to a chemical test and expired license plate, as well as warrants charging him with failure to appear. He was held on a $75,000 bond.
Shantell Lynette Smith, 33, of Sterling Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:44 p.m. on a warrant charging her with domestic battery. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
Aaron Mitchell, 29, of Mitchell Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:44 p.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by giving false information. He was also charged on a failure to appear warrant. No bond was set.
Samantha Renee Jones, 28, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:44 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and a warrant charging her with theft. She was held on a $2,000 bond.
Calvin Joseph, 22, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:27 p.m. on a charge of aggravated second-degree battery. No bond was set.
Melissa Ann Joseph, 47, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:48 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was held on a $250 bond.
Rebecca Chapman, 23, of Magnolia Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:58 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on a $500 bond.
