St. Mary Parish Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning.

Nina Morgan, 30, of 105 Rose Park Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:33 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She turned herself in and was released on a summons.

Joey Viltz, 46, of 2461 La. 318, Sorrell, was arrested Friday at 11:58 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by obscene language, resisting an officer by flight and misuse of 911. No bond was set.

Fallon Touchet, 29, of 810 Fletcher St., Franklin, and Tasha Soprano, 31, of 315 Cypress St., Baldwin, were arrested Friday at 11 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on bonds of $250.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Jane Gugliotta, 42, of 3891 Francis St., Berwick, Friday at 3:07 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of Soma. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Chad Kirkland, 27, of 426 Field St., Bayou Vista, and Katie Couvillier, 21, of New Iberia, were arrested Friday at 6:47 p.m. on charges of possession of Adderal and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $7,000 on both, and Couvillier was released on bond.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Flyan Granger, 19, of New Iberia, Friday at 10:15 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. She was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Sean Gaspard, 25, of Josephine Street, Franklin, Friday at 11:27 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear and failure to return a leased movable. He was also charged with possession of marijuana at the time of arrest. No bond was set.

Arvine Henry, 31, of Bollard Street, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 11:30 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule III narcotics and second offense possession of marijuana. He was held on $7,000 bond.

Junius Charles, 40, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:19 p.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of failure to appear. No bond was set.

McGuire reported that an altercation broke out at a private social event at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center early Sunday morning, resulting in several arrests.

Levonne Johnson, 27, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:37 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting, battery on an officer, second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use and transference of dangerous chemical substances. He was released on $7,500 bond.

Donovan Briscoe, 24, of Borne Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:37 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.

Lamont Benjamin, 37, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:37 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $346 bond.

Terrance Robinson, 36, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:37 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was released on $296 bond.

Michael Payton, 23, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2 a.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. He was released on $750 bond.

Dominick Sheldon, 21, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:16 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was released on $250 bond.

Keith Davis, 27, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:16 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace. He was released on $250 bond.

Patrick Milton, 24, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:51 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and battery on an officer. He was released on $1,250 bond.

In unrelated arrests, Nicholas Morris, 27, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:04 a.m. on charges of DWI, reckless operation and refusal to submit to chemical test. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Cory Delaune, 33, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:31 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery requiring medical attention. No bond was set.

Damien Hale, 21, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:46 p.m. on charges of resisting an officer without violence and disturbing the peace. He was held on $1,250 bond.
