St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Juanne Edith Stelly, 23, of 100 Myrtle St., Berwick, was arrested Monday at 8:10 a.m. on charges of careless operation of a motor vehicle, no insurance and child restraint required. She was released on a summons.

Dontrell Williams, 18, of 316 Elise St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 8:41 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana in a drug free zone violation. No bond was set.

Bradley M. Dauphine, 18, of 444 Southeast Blvd., Apt. C, Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 4 p.m. on charges of domestic battery and aggravated assault. No bond was set.

Ron D. Leonard, no age given, of 4326 La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:17 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of driving without a license. He turned himself in and was released on a $1,000 bond.

Barrett Cart, 31, of 2934 La. 182, Patterson, was arrested today at 2:29 a.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. He was held on a $2,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Jonathan Ha, 39, of 345 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, Monday at 2:31 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of distribution of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, transactions involving drug proceeds and possession of a firearm in the presence of narcotics.

Ha was originally arrested Jan. 18 when task force agents executed a search warrant at Long’s Bayou Food Mart in Bayou Vista on suspicion of illegal sales of synthetic marijuana from the business. They reportedly located a large amount of the material and paraphernalia. The drugs had a street value of about $14,000.

Agents also seized $980 in cash. Ha was released on a summons at that time, and further investigation led to Monday’s arrest. He was held on a $100,000 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Robin D. Vercher, 52, of Franklin, Monday at 10:10 a.m. on a charge of theft of goods. He was held on a $1,000 bond.

Tyronne Williams, 66, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 7:32 p.m. on charges of DWI and open alcohol container. He was also charged with a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. Williams was held with no bond set on Franklin charges and $5,000 on the warrant from 16th Judicial District Court.

Norman James Paul, 53, of Hospital Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 11:30 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery. No bond was set.

Terrance Dev-Vaughn Key Sr., 36, of Wattigny Street, Jeanerette, was arrested today at 4:04 a.m. on an Iberia Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was held to await transfer.
