St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

A 14-year-old male juvenile, of La. 83, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9 a.m. on a charge of simple assault after an alleged incident at the St. Mary Parish Alternative School in Verdunville. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Willie Vallet Jr., 44, of 170 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Thursday at 1:04 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of DWI, disturbing the peace, threatening a public official, resisting an officer, simple battery, driving under suspension, improper lane use and speeding. He was released on a $7,000 bond.

Brooke Fuselier, 24, of 133 Lenny’s Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 1:56 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Brent Joseph Bridges, 26, of Vaughn Lane, Franklin, Thursday at 10:26 a.m. by the state probation officials and the Third Ward Court Marshal’s office on a charge of probation violation. No bond was set.

Sadara Victoria Boatman, 24, of Ash Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:10 p.m. on a warrant charging her with aggravated battery. No bond was set.
