Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Raynod Christopher Harmon, 28, of Chatsworth Road, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:43 a.m. on charges of reckless operation and open alcohol container. He was released on $1,250 bond.
Robert A. McDaniel, 31, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 3:02 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and inciting a riot. He was released on $10,000 bond.
