St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:

Michelle Chapman, 25, of 605 Todd St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 8:45 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. She was released on a $4,500 bond.

Nepton K. Hatfield Jr., 55, of Tickfaw, was arrested Friday at 8:55 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, threatening a public official and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Francis L. Boudreaux, 27, of 150 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 10:52 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of failure to signal. She turned herself in and was released on a $250 bond.

Jerry Stansbury, 34, of 216 Clausen Road, Verdunville, was arrested Friday at 11:46 a.m. on charges of stop sign violation and driving under suspension. He was released on a $1,250 bond.

Ronald P. Hawkins Sr., 53, of 103 Hawkins St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:47 a.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation. No bond was set.

Linda Richard, 21, of 322 Oriole St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 3:33 p.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. She turned herself in and was released on a $2,500 bond.

Samuel A. Morgan II, 17, of 2030 River Road, Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 12:57 p.m. on a charge of hit and run. He was released on a summons.

Casey P. Chauvin, 33, of Lockport, was arrested Sunday at 3:31 a.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. Chauvin was released on a summons.

Charlie Hurst Jr., 21, of 282 Eves St., Jeanerette, and RaShyra Brent, 18, of 401 Railroad Avenue, Baldwin, were arrested Sunday at 3:19 p.m. on charges of domestic battery. Hurst was also charged with simple criminal damage to property. No bonds were set.

Benjamin Breaux, 20, of 21204 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 7:58 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on a $500 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Shon Singleton, 17, Dawn Mendoza, 27 and Dennis M. Gonzales, 24, all of 104 Todd Lane, Bayou Vista, Friday at 6:56 p.m.

Singleton was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics in the presence of a juvenile and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.

Mendoza was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone, keeping a disorderly place, possession of narcotics in the presence of a juvenile and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.

Gonzales was charged with possession of fraudulent documents and released on a $1,000 bond.

Agents executed a search warrant at the Todd Lane address and reportedly located $5,000 worth of cocaine.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Louis Calvin Hazelwood, 31, of New Iberia, Friday at 12:44 p.m. on warrants charging him with injuring public records, resisting an officer by giving false information, driving under suspension, speeding and careless operation. He was released on a $3,750 bond.

Francis Casmire, 54, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with illegal possession of stolen things over $500. No bond was set.

Jacob Wade Merrill, 54, of Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:28 a.m. on charges of second-offense DWI, stop sign violation, ignition interlock required and refusing to submit. He was released on a $50,000 bond.

Ryan Wayne Carr, 200, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:34 a.m. on charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. No bond was set.

Ken Williams, 31, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:26 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and domestic battery. He was released on a $5,250 bond.

Deondra Denise Randle, 26, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:13 a.m. on charges of domestic aggravated battery and disturbing the peace. She was released on a $5,250 bond.

David Joseph Hayes, 26, of Pine Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 6:23 a.m. on warrants charging him with theft and three counts of failure to appear. He was held on a $1,000 bond.

Colton Allen Julian, 21, of Birchfield Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 2:43 p.m. on a charge of theft of fuel. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

James Edward Moore Jr., 34, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8 p.m. on a charge of cruelty to juveniles. He was released on a $5,000 bond.

George Curtis Williams, 49, of Dixie Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:17 a.m. on charges of simple burglary of a business and illegal carrying of tools used in a burglary. No bond was set.
