Clifton Keller Jr., 63, of 1408 Second St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 2:17 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested was Donvin Mingo, 37, of 1408 Second St., Morgan City, Wednesday at 2:17 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were released on summonses.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Joshua Paul Norris, 21, of Weber Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 3:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft. No bond was set.
