St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of Derek S. Columbia, 40, of 104 Shivers St., Patterson, Monday at 10:59 a.m. on charges of second-offense possession of marijuana, possession of amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Rodney Hayes, 27, of 208 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, Monday at 1:40 p.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of cocaine. No bond was set.

Jessie L. Williams, 45, of 517 Terrebonne St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 1:45 p.m. on a warrant charging him with distribution of cocaine. No bond was set.

Delvin Dugar, 33, of 140 Mill Road, No. 20, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 3:57 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Clarence Reed, 28, of Weber Street, Franklin, Monday at 2:41 p.m. on warrants charging him with unauthorized use of an inhabited dwelling and second-offense domestic battery, and a probation violation warrant. He was held with no bond set.

Jarvis Preston, 25, of Joan Drive, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 8:55 p.m. on a charge of sixth-offense loud music and a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
