Jessica Tompkins, 32, of 2841 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 4:44 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released on a summons.
Rhonda H. Ivy, 26, of 204 California St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. on four warrants charging her with failure to comply with drug court. She was held on $400,000 bond.
Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Keith J. Andras, 25, of Metairie, Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. on charges of driving in the left lane, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was held on $4,750 bond.
Michael Lumpkin, 22, of 114 Isabella St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:11 p.m. on warrants charging him with distribution of cocaine. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Merker Leon Broussard, 37, of West Ibert Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 10:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
