Heather M. Hebert, 34, of Jena Street, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 12:49 p.m. on a charge of theft by shoplifting and released on a $1,000 bond.
Jesse Hart, 19, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was served Tuesday on a warrant issued by 3rd Ward City Court, charging him with failure to comply with drug screens. The warrant was served while Hart was incarcerated at the Morgan City Police Department. The fine for the violation is $901.50.
Ananias Bourgeois, 43, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was issued a summons Tuesday at 10:32 a.m. charging him with issuing worthless checks.
