St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Debra Oubre Corter, 41, of 148 Parro Lane, No. 13, Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 3:13 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.

Craig Albarado, 48, of 204 Halsey St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:15 p.m. on warrants charging him with theft, criminal trespassing, remaining where forbidden, introduction of contraband into a penal institution, driving under suspension, resisting an officer and DWI. No bond was set.

Dung Van Pham, 49, of 301 Grizzafi St., Lot 6, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:39 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

Shaun Chester Sikes, 25, of 117 La. 182, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and telephone harassment. Sikes was released on $1,250 bond.

Benito Saenz, 31, of Lockport, was arrested today at 3:24 a.m. on charges of DWI, no driver’s license and improper lane use. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Antoinette Darby, 21, of Seventh Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 11:34 a.m. on a warrant charging her with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Richard Randle, 46, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:42 a.m. by probation and parole agents on a Patterson warrant charging him with simple criminal damage to property. He was turned over to Patterson Police.

Christine Gail Fontenot, 32, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:25 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released on after paying a $345 cash fine.

Lashona Renee Bowie, 30, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:28 p.m. on warrants charging her with aggravated assault, criminal trespassing and aggravated battery. No bond was set.

A 16-year-old male was arrested Tuesday on charges of two counts of obstruction of court orders. He was held pending a hearing.
