Robert Salvador Rotolo, 36, of 1017 Rosemary St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 7:46 a.m. on a charge of simple assault. He was released to appear in court.
Mark Anthony Wesley, 17, of 270 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:07 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.
Gregory Payne, 37, of 1900 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 7:17 p.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a food stamp card. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Marjorie R. Ruffin, 23, of Willow Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 12:41 p.m. on a warrant charging her with no driver’s license. She was released on $250 bond.
Sean Trevor Gaspard, 26, of Theresa Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was released on a $430 fine.
China Breanna Johnson, 21, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:18 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. No bond was set.
A male juvenile, age 13, was charged Tuesday with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer with force.
A 15-year-old male juvenile was arrested Tuesday and charged with theft.
Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
