A juvenile male, age 16, was arrested Monday at 3:14 p.m. on a charge of obscenity. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Clarence Smith, 61, of 107 Myra St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:57 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Earlissa Triggs, 25, of 742 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 10:24 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear for a drug court conference and failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
