Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kendyl Provost, 36, of Talbot Street, Franklin, Monday at 9:05 a.m. on a bench warrant for 3rd Ward Court and an additional charge of theft. No bond was set.

Vaughn Stewart, 45, of Augustine Maze Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:39 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the controlled dangerous substance law. No bond was set.

Travis Sanchez Boatman, 31, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:29 p.m. on charges of passing zone violation, no driver’s license, second-offense possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the controlled danger substance law. No bond was set.
