St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrest of John Labbe, 19, of 890 Verdunville Road, Monday at 11:43 a.m. on a charge of carnal knowledge of a juvenile. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported that Nathan J. Rios, 23, of 420 Railroad Avenue, Lot 2, Patterson, was arrested Monday at 10:22 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug-free zone, keeping a disorderly place and probation violation. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Harold Dugas III, 37, of Youngsville, Monday at 1:11 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple criminal damage to property and simple assault. He was released on a $1,250 bond.

Carl Dupas, 48, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 4:32 a.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. He was held with no bond set.
