St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Frederick James Mosley Sr., 39, of 302 Leo Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:11 a.m. on warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family, as well as an unspecified Terrebonne Parish warrant. No bond was set.

Kathryn Giroir, 50, of 7257 La. 182, Apt. 3, was arrested Friday at 11:12 a.m. on warrants charging her with nine counts of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Roy Rodrigue Jr., 44, of 627 Suttoon Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 12:38 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Nick Salvato, 34, of Pearland, Texas, was arrested Saturday at 12:07 a.m. on charges of DWI, possession of marijuana and open alcohol container. No bond was set.

Clainborne Sauce, 42, of 117 Taryn Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Sunday at 2:52 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Also arrested was Christopher L. Pike, 43, of 349 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released on bonds of $250.

Krystal Simon, 23, of 109 Sorrell Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 4:24 p.m. on a charge of leash law violation. She was released on a summons.

Raychele Marie Turner, 34, of 208 Arizona St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 12:41 a.m. on warrants charging her with 10 counts of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

James Taylor Leonard, 40, of Violet, La. Was arrested Sunday at 11:46 p.m. on a charge of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.

Lawrence Lynes Blackburn, 34, of 1140 Grace St., Amelia, was arrested today at 1:16 a.m. on a charge of open alcohol container. He was released on a summons.

Tiffani Scully Delaune, 25, of 3252 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Sunday at 8:36 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Michael J. Jackson, 44, of 867 Big Four Corners Road, Four Corners, Friday at 7:50 a.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule III narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of juveniles. He was held with no bond set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Matthew T. Valadie, 26, of Metairie, Friday at 6:35 p.m. on charges of speeding, reckless operation and suspended license. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Ali Lee Barconey, 27, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:26 p.m. on a charge of simple battery with medical attention. Barconey was released on $500 bond.

David James Tabb Jr., 24, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:19 a.m. on charges of no license plate light, possession of Schedule IV narcotics, possession of synthetic marijuana and open alcohol container. No bond was set.

Jessica Linn Tompkins, 33, of Sixth Street, Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 10:57 a.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. No bond was set.

Adam Lamont Randle, 30, of West Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:19 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of remaining where forbidden and resisting an officer. He was also charged with disturbing the peace intoxicated and resisting an officer. He was held on $1,250 bond.

Sean Johnson, 40, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:51 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. He was released on $500 bond.

Bradley Antoine Hines, 21, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:47 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held on $2,000 bond.

Evander Marquiz Dyer, 21, of Pickett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:47 p.m. on charges of impeding the flow of traffic, expired license plate and second-offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.

Two females, both age 12, were charged Friday with disturbing the peace by fighting. They were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
