St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests during the past weekend:

Tanya Carter, 34, of 521 David Road, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 5:44 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension, careless operation and no seat belt. She was released on a summons.

Judy Bias, 50, of 2994 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Friday at 9:31 a.m. on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Jason Randle, 42, of 405 Broussard St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:35 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension and failure to signal. He was released on a summons.

A 16-year-old female was arrested Friday at 2:58 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Reuben Evens Jr., 24, of 111 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:01 a.m. on charges of illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of a firearm in an alcoholic beverages outlet, resisting an officer with force, resisting by giving false information and failure to appear warrants on charges of two counts of disturbing the peace, remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Michael Mayfield, 29, of 710 Florence St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 2:01 a.m. on a charge of possession of a firearm in an alcoholic beverage outlet and a Morgan City failure to appear warrant. No bond was set.

Alfred Daniels Jr., no age given, of 509 Tiger Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:18 p.m. on a warrant charging him with probation violation and a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Francisco Garcia, 49, of Mexico, was arrested Saturday at 8:45 p.m. on a charge of driving without a lawful presence in the United States and careless operation. No bond was set.

Johnathan Williams, 24, of 716 Duval Street, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 12:21 a.m. on charges of obstruction of justice, resisting an officer, possession of marijuana and littering. No bond was set.

Jerry Henderson, 33, of Chirpy’s Lane, Lot 21, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 12:35 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held with no bond set.

Kristy Carter, 34, and Shane Carter, 35, both of 197 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, were arrested Sunday at 4:59 a.m. on charges of domestic battery. Shane Cater was also charged with disturbing the peace, aggravated second-degree battery and possession of illegal narcotics. No bonds were set.

Dustin Thibodeaux, 21, of 1507 Beadle St., Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 7:17 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, simple battery and resisting an officer. No bond was set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Luke Spencer Lewis, 28, of Jeanerette, Sunday at 1:39 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on a summons.

Benny Druilhet Jr., 36, of Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 2:15 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. He was released on a summons.

Starkeyona Brown, 29, of Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 4:14 a.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Lashona Yvette Branch, 32, of Myra Street, Franklin, Friday at 8:22 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on a $500 bond.

Kenslo D. Charles, 29, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:33 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a $2,000 bond.

Dwayne L. Jackson, 31, of Alexander Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:33 p.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of failure to appear. He was held on a $686 bond.

John Riley, 23, of Magnolia Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:53 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released after paying a $306 cash fine.

Kelcie Cierra Norman, 22, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 6:09 p.m. on a Terrebonne Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear. She was held on a $1,000 bond.

Nicole Marie Hillebrandt, 33, of Lafayette, was arrested Friday at 10:56 p.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. She was also charged with failure to appear warrants from 16th Judicial District Court, Lafayette City Court, and St. Mary Parish and Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Offices. She was held on a total bond of $9,150.

Carlin D. Stelly, 33, of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:23 a.m. on charges of illegal possession of narcotics and a failure to appear warrant. No bond was set.

Clinton Alexander Fryer, 24, of Willow Circle, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:53 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on a $500 bond.

Maggie F. Alcina, 26, of Willow Circle, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:48 p.m. on a charge of interfering with police. She was released on a $1,000 bond.

Baldwin Police Chief Gerald Minor reported the arrest of Gerald J. Druilhet, 35, of 201 Railroad Avenue, Baldwin, Saturday at 5 a.m. on a charge of domestic battery. He was held on a $10,000 bond.
