St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Lance Talbot Sr., 48, of 102 Dickie St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:42 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of careless operation. He was held on $310 bond.

Roneisha Colbert, 21, of 110 East Long St., Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 7 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was held on $250 bond.

Lemarcus Jennings, 26, of 521 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:11 p.m. on charges of simple battery and aggravated assault. No bond was set.

Kandiss Pinegar, 45, of Marianna, Arkansas, was arrested Tuesday at 9:51 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was held on $250 bond.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Wade Nathan White, 19, of 212 California St., Berwick, Tuesday at 5:17 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of a legend drug without a prescription. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Detriot Dijon Declouet, 20, of 121 Lincoln St., Baldwin on charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, indecent behavior with a juvenile and possession of pornography involving juveniles with intent to distribute.

The arrest was made after an investigation by the Franklin Police Department Investigation Division Technology Unit with assistance from the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and Baldwin Police.

A complaint filed with police involving a group of female juveniles reportedly led to the arrest. Detectives allegedly located video files and images of child pornography on Declouet’s cellphones. McGuire said more arrests will follow.

McGuire reminded parents to bear in mind the dangers involving juveniles when using the internet and social media sites. She said parents can contact the technology unit at 828-1716 with questions or concerns.

In unrelated activity, Harold Lynn Paul, 27, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple criminal damage to property over $1,000, simple battery, disturbing the peace and failure to appear on a charge of open alcohol container. No bond was set.

Jonah Thomas Madison, 19, of Clark Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 1 p.m. on warrants charging him with terrorizing, two counts simple assault on a police officer and improper language in telephone communications. No bond was set.

Sharon Ane Brown, 49, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:25 p.m. on charges of simple battery on a juvenile and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. She was released on $1,500 bond.

A 12-year-old male was arrested Tuesday on a charge of aggravated battery. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
