St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past extended weekend:

Bryan P. Roy II, 24, of 211 Southeast Blvd., Apt. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 4:36 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. He was released on a summons.

Rose Levy, 41, of Belle Rose, was arrested Thursday at 1:08 p.m. on an Assumption Parish warrant charging her with simple battery, disturbing the peace and interfering with medical treatment. No bond was set.

Kevin Darby, 22, of 403 Martin Luther King Avenue, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 2:27 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was released on $250 bond.

Debra Myers, 53, of 3149 Fifth St., Berwick, was arrested Thursday at 8:39 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.

Lisa Landry, 47, of 152 Glenn Becky Drive, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 9:55 a.m. on charges of simple criminal damage to property and reckless operation. She was released on a summons.

Jamie Tolentino Hernandez, 33, of 1409 North First St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 5:45 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of driving without a legal presence in the country and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was held on $1,500 bond.

Ceaser Keith Lopez, 38, of 2532 Amanda Lane, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 10:02 p.m. on charges of three counts of simple battery. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Candice K. Martin, 24, of 181 Odile Lane, No. 57, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 4:42 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released on a summons.

Billy Wayne Livingston, 46, of Monroe, was arrested today at 2:41 a.m. on a Calcasieu Parish warrant charging him with forgery. He was held on $5,000 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that the department’s juvenile division conducted an undercover operation Wednesday for unlawful sale of alcohol to minors.

Arrested and released on summonses that day were Dontrinique Clarks, Northwest Truck Stop; Khaled Abdula, Anderson Food Mart; Tan Nguyen and Hoa Vo, both at Boozer’s.

In unrelated arrests, Kori A. Jones, 22, of Canal Drive, was charged Wednesday at 3:25 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of no driver’s license on person. He was released on a $170 fine.

Sean D. Johnson, 40, of Second Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:38 p.m. on charges of second-offense domestic abuse battery by strangulation. He was held on $10,000 bond.

Shayla Dene’ Jones, 29, of Erie, Penn., was arrested Thursday at 10:35 p.m. on district court warrants charging her with six counts of failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks, and a Terrebonne Parish warrant also charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was held with no bond locally and $1,000 bond for Terrebonne Parish.

Joaquima Charles Colbert, 25, of Labau Street, Baldwin, was arrested Thursday at 11:15 p.m. on a charge of possession of stolen goods under $300. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Gerald T. Sophus, 23, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:37 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by obscene language. He was released on $296 bond.

Tamille Joseph Gant, 35, of Henry Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:56 p.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of simple battery and failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. No bond was set.

Kevin Lashawn James, 27, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:05 p.m. on charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and disturbing the peace. He reportedly shot at a vehicle. No injuries were reported. No bond was set.
